We want to understand your business. Typically we get a request to 'fix' something from a new client, but after the first conversation it becomes clear that there is an underlying information infrastructure mismatch with the way the client works. Rather then just start charging from the minute we step in, we like to sit down and understand the issues better.
Something we like to find out in our first free consultation:
- How do you work? What infrastructure do you have to support your job?
- What resources do you have in your company to support your IT infrastructure?
- What is your backup strategy? Is it automated?
- How secure is your infrastructure? What kind of encryption do you use?
- What happens when the wheels fall from the wagon? Like Employee changes or hardware failure.
- How do you customers see you?
- How do your communicate with you and how does this integrate with your work flow?
- Where do you expect your business be 5 years from now?
