But that is not all. We bring a lot more to the table. We are certified by Apple inc. the work on Apple Servers. In addition we have experience with Filemaker server, and various GPL - packages such as SugarCRM, Joomla and Drupal. We get these databases to communicate with each other too. There are severals steps in the consulting process.

• Your Business objectives: We need to understand how you work, what you have now and where you want to go. This is also a good time to talk about security and backups systems.
• Proposed Solutions: every business is different. We might propose a big overhaul, or a step by step changes to get where you want to be.
• Implementation: Now we get to work. We build and test, test and test
• Training of your staff: Mac being Apple, very little training is usually required. However some is helpful since almost nobody reads the manuals (We do!). There are a lot of hidden feature in Macs
• Performance measure: Life operation is different than testing operations. Here is where we look if the system preforms within acceptable margins.

What does it cost? It is hard to give a estimate, but maybe this helps. The USA spend about 6%. Maybe you can apply that to your budget. If you operate under 6% you do pretty well.
